The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and are processed in 2-5 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing, orders usually take between 5 and 15 business days* to arrive at their destination and rarely takes any longer.

Our Express Shipping option will be shipped with a 4-7 business day line. Due to the current COVID-19 delays we can not guarantee that it takes less than 7 business days.
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these cases are due to international clearance/custom delays, which we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Please note that tracking numbers are generated before the order is picked/packed and shipped and might take some time to be registered in the tracking system. Some orders might take up to a few days to show up. The international tracking number usually takes up to 3~5 business days to be available online for tracking.

You can immediately cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchasing. So if you change your mind, please send us a message right away.
We'll cancel and refund you as soon as we get your request as long as your order has not shipped out yet. A returns process is required for refunds after the item arrives to your location if it's already been shipped out.

You have 30 days to return your BabyFlake purchase from the day you received your item(s).
All returns must be in new condition with all tags attached and unused.
Contact our customer service team about your return. In your correspondence, please make sure to include the:
First and last name of the purchaser
Reason for return
Order number (this can be found in your original order confirmation email)
What item(s) are being returned
Finally, please send your return to the nearest fulfillment center agreed upon in our correspondence, using a trackable mailing method (such as UPS, FedEx, etc.). Please note that we are not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used.
*The price of return shipping is the full responsibility of the customer.

BabyFlake is not responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some of our products come from international suppliers and there may be import duties and or taxes imposed by your government, especially if you live outside of the USA. See your own countries import rules for more information.
Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go. Primarily we ship our from fulfilment center in Shanghai or Shenzhen, China.
In order to reduce our environmental footprint we have stopped shipping out our products with packaging. It requires a large amount of cardboard and plastic to make product boxes, and this is a huge waste of natural resources when considering how the box is typically thrown away once opened.
