The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and are processed in 2-5 business days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing, orders usually take between 5 and 15 business days* to arrive at their destination and rarely takes any longer.

Our Express Shipping option will be shipped with a 4-7 business day line. Due to the current COVID-19 delays we can not guarantee that it takes less than 7 business days.
Unexpected delays:
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these cases are due to international clearance/custom delays, which we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Due to the global spread of the Corona-Virus, packages may take longer than expected. We do not offer refunds before the package has been sent back to us. By buying our products you agree to these terms and are willing to wait.
