WHAT DELAYS CAN I EXPECT DURING COVID-19?
We ship via the fastest methods, but due to the global spread of the Corona-Virus, packages may take longer than expected. We do not offer refunds before the package has been sent back to us. By buying our products you agree to these terms and are willing to wait.
I CHECKED TRACKING NUMBER AND GOT THE MESSAGE "TRACKING DOES NOT EXIST". WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
Please note that tracking numbers are generated before the order is picked/packed and shipped and might take some time to be registered in the tracking system. Some orders might take up to a few days to show up. The international tracking number usually takes up to 3~5 business days to be available online for tracking.
I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE MADE A PURCHASE ON THE WEBSITE?
You can immediately cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchasing. So if you change your mind, please send us a message right away.
We'll cancel and refund you as soon as we get your request as long as your order has not shipped out yet. A returns process is required for refunds after the item arrives to your location if it's already been shipped out.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We have a 30 day refund policy that starts once your package arrives at your doorstep. We accept returns for undamaged and unused items within 30 days to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go. Primarily we ship our from fulfilment center in either Shanghai or Shenzhen, China.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPMENT USUALLY TAKE TO BE DECLARED IN CUSTOMS?
How long time the customs in your country take to declare the goods depends entirely on the destination country. Typically, it takes between 1-4 days, and rarely any longer.

BabyFlake is not responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some of our products come from international suppliers and there may be import duties and or taxes imposed by your government, especially if you live outside of the USA. See your own countries import rules for more information.
DOES THE PRODUCTS COME WITH THE PRODUCT BOXES?In order to reduce our environmental footprint we have stopped shipping out our products with packaging. It requires a large amount of cardboard and plastic to make product boxes, and this is a huge waste of natural resources when considering how the box is typically thrown away once opened.
