Make sure to inspect an item when receiving it, and contact us immediately if you notice any damage. If the item is damaged, do not use it!
Wash before first use. Our baby-products can be washed by hand with warm soapy water, or boiled to sterilize.
Adult supervision is needed while using our baby products. Do not leave your baby alone with our products, and this is especially important when it comes to our feeding facilitating products like the Food Pacifieror Feeding Bottle.
Discontinue using the item at first sign of wear or damage.
